MOWA Sprint Cars Return To Lincoln Speedway Friday Night

(Lincoln, IL) One of the most popular events on the Lincoln Speedway schedule, each season, is coming up this Friday night, August 20, when the Morrow Brothers Ford MOWA Sprint Cars come to town. Five other divisions will also race. The MOWA 410 cubic inch winged sprint cars have had four events so far this season, while weather has wreaked havoc on several other events. Ayrton Gennetten bested a field of 28 cars in the season opener at Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, IL. MOWA Sprint Event At Lincoln Speedway Canceled Due To Rain

(Lincoln, IL) Lincoln Speedway racing action for Friday, July 16 has been canceled due to rain. The Built Ford Tough MOWA Sprints Cars were scheduled to be in action along with the four staple divisions. No reschedule date has been announced but officials are looking for a possible addition. The next event on the Lincoln Speedway schedule is Sunday, July 25 for a special Sunday Funday program of racing. The USAC Engler IMRA SpeeD2 Midgets will be joined by Big Ten Pro Late Models, Modified, Big Ten Street Stocks, and Hornets. For MOWA, their next events are a doubleheader weekend at Jacksonville Speedway and Macon Speedway on Friday and Saturday, July 30/31.

IT IS Graue Chevrolet Buick SHOWDOWN RACE DAY AT Lincoln Speedway!

The cars and stars of the DIRTcar Racing Summer Nationals bring their 900+ Horsepower Super Late Models to town for one of the absolute can’t miss events of the season here at Lincoln Speedway in the Graue Showdown. The Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals, on their own tour accompanying most of the Summer Nationals events, makes a stop at the 1/4 mile bullring. Graue Chevrolet Showdown to Feature Top Super Late Model Stars (Lincoln, IL) The DIRTcar Summer Nationals are now into week #3 of this year’s “Hell Tour” and that means the top Super Late Model stars in the country are on their way to Lincoln Speedway this coming Sunday, July 4 for the Graue Chevrolet Showdown.
