Lincoln Speedway Test / Play Day Sunday September 20

Lincoln Speedway will be hosting a Play Day / Test & Tune this coming Sunday, September 20 for those who would like to get some track time for the Fall Nationals or give someone else a chance to try out their car.   Cost is $100 per car, which includes 2 pit passes. Additional pit passes will be sold at the gate. Grandstand admission is free.   Pits will open at 2:00 while on track activity will run from 3:00-6:00.   Teams who would like to register ahead of time online via credit card, give us a call at 217-764-3200. Registration at the track on Sunday is fine as well.

POWRi Midgets Set For Only Lincoln Speedway Appearance Friday Night

Illinois Speedweek Expected To See Large Fields Of Open Wheelers (Lincoln, IL) Open wheel fans have a great weekend of action ahead of them as the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget league is set for three great nights of racing, starting Friday night at Lincoln Speedway. It’s all part of Illnois Speedweek “Take 3” which also includes Macon Speedway Saturday and Jacksonville Speedway Sunday. The weekend was previously scheduled for June but the pandemic eliminated that opportunity.  It was then scheduled for July 31 – August 2 before being was washed out by the rain. POWRi Officials have worked hard with all three tracks to reschedule this spectacular event for the drivers and race fans. Belleville, IL. (08/04/2020) New dates for the POWRi Lucas Oil National and the POWRi Engler Machine & Took Micro Leagues SPEED WEEKEND have been established. Macon Speedway & Lincoln Speedway POWRi Speedweekend Events Postponed

(Macon, IL) The much anticipated events for the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League Speedweekend have officially called off for the weekend. The tour was scheduled to open the three day race weekend on Friday night at Jacksonville Speedway, followed by stops at Macon Speedway Saturday night and Lincoln Speedway Sunday. All three events have been postponed due to continuous wet weather throughout the Midwest. Officials will be working on possible rescheduling of POWRi Speedweek over the next couple of days. The popular Illinois events were originally set for early June but the COVID-19 pandemic kept those from happening. Five Racing Divisions Set To Entertain Fans Friday Night At Lincoln Speedway

(Lincoln, IL) Lincoln Speedway, located at the Logan County Fairgrounds in Lincoln, IL, is off to a great start for the 2020 racing season. After the first four events were canceled due to COVID-19, speedway officials decided to run every week, for the first six Fridays, to make up what was lost. The decision has worked out nicely as great fields of cars, solid crowds, and great racing has been a mainstay. It all continues this Friday night, July 10 with five divisions of action. Action in the DIRTcar Pro Late Model class has been outstanding over the first four weeks, with three different winners finding victory lane.
