Lincoln To Begin 2018 Contingency Connection Racer Reward Program May 18

Lincoln Speedway is proud to be one of only 50+ tracks & series in the nation to have the prestigious Contingency Connection RACER REWARDS program in 2018.  We are pleased to announce that we will offer nearly $100,000 in NATIONAL Contingency Connection RACER REWARDS in 2018.  Friday, May 18, is the first night in which drivers will have a chance to win the booklets and the second season in-a-row that Lincoln Speedway drivers have benefited from the program. National manufacturers such as Richmond Gear, COMP Cams, Renegade Oil, ELGIN, Holley, SCAT, JE PISTONS, Edelbrock, CLEVITE, Stage 8, K&N Filters, Auto Meter, MSD, Mr. Gasket, ACCEL, MAHLE, Lincoln Welders, Taylor, Melling, Fuelab, FAST, Hedman Hedders, Canton Oil Pans, SCE Gaskets, E3 Spark Plugs and many, many others will be posting awards at Lincoln Speedway. Pozsgai & Taylor Among Top Winners At Lincoln Speedway Opener

Large Crowd Enjoys Exciting Feature Racing   (Lincoln, IL) The 15th season of stock car racing is officially underway at Lincoln Speedway, in Lincoln, IL. The 1/4–mile dirt track was scheduled to open earlier in April but unseasonable weather didn’t allow it to happen. The wait was worth it, as each of the feature events included excitement and a number of local crowd favorites found victory lane.   The special class for the night was the 305 winged sprint cars. In the 20-lap feature, it was a battle between the two heat race winners from earlier in the night. Lincoln, IL driver, Max Pozsgai led early before 13-year old New Berlin, IL driver, Mason Campbell took control. Campbell stretched out to a sizable lead and looked to be on his way to victory. Green Flag Drops On Lincoln Speedway Season Friday With $5 Tickets

                (Lincoln, IL) It’s finally that time again, time for the engines to come to life at the Logan County Fairgrounds and Lincoln Speedway, in Lincoln, IL.  After cold wet weather postponed the season opening two weekends ago, drivers, fans, and officials are ready to wave the green this coming Friday, April 27.  Fans are expected to come out in large numbers, as it’s a special “Five Buck Night” featuring $5 grandstand admission. Macon Speedway & Lincoln Speedway Announce Driver Loyalty Program

Drivers With Perfect Attendance To Benefit                 (Macon, IL) Officials with Track Enterprises, the promotion company of Macon Speedway in Macon, IL, and Lincoln Speedway, in Lincoln, IL, are announcing a new rewards program for the loyal drivers in the tracks’ regular divisions.  Competitors will start receiving rewards on second night of racing at each track.                 Every week, starting on week two, all drivers who have competed in every night of racing in our regular classes, will have their names go into a drawing.  Whoever gets their name pulled, gets a free pit pass for that upcoming week.  The winner will be announced on Facebook. Wet And Frigid Conditions Force Postponement Of Lincoln Speedway’s Opener

Track To Open April 27 With $5 Grandstand Admission Special   (Lincoln, IL) Mother Nature threw another wrench at Lincoln Speedway this weekend as frigid temperatures and plenty of precipitation have forced the postponement of the track’s opening. The Sunday, April 15 event was scheduled to have five classes of racing action including the opener for the Midwest Street Stock Championship. Opening night will now be on Friday, April 27, paired up with $5 grandstand admission.   Lincoln Speedway, a ¼-mile dirt oval, located at the Logan County Fairgrounds in Lincoln, IL, also lost two preseason test and tune dates due to weather.
